Stock your freezer with local and well loved beef.  This price does not include processing. We will drop off the animal but YOU will speak directly to the processor so you can decide on the cuts you want from your animal.  This gives you control over what cuts of meat you get, how thick you want steaks and so on. Processing should be bewteen $200-400 depending on what you have done. ( Things like jerky & sausage are, for example, more expensive than ground beef)
